What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?
A sales professional that has a previous track record selling SaaS software is a good fit. This person usually understands the process to demo only the core parts of an application that is inline with a customers challenge.
Ideally they have had some formal training such as Challenger, Meddic, Miller etc.. all these are useful but not essential.
We are looking to build lasting and successful relationships with our sales teams and this means collaboration and the ability to learn, share and win together is really important.
