As a licensed real estate agency in 12 states (AZ, CA, NV, NM, TX, UT, ID, LA, OR, WA, MT, AK), we help property owners save thousands of dollars in commissions by listing their properties on the MLS for a flat fee starting at $299. We also offer a "full service offering" for just 1.5% of the sales price, far lower than the typical 3% charged by full service agencies.
We have been serving homeowners for 20 years now and are looking to expand our offering into the institutional market - specifically, homebuilders, municipalities, and probate lawyers. We're looking for a salesperson that has an entrepreneurial mindset and can establish relationships with sellers of properties in the markets we operate in.
We believe the opportunity is tremendous to generate significant, recurring commissions from property owners. There are hundreds of such property owners in our markets. The typical local homebuilder sells 20-30 homes each year. Signing up 20 such customers would lead to annual commissions of at least $35,000 per year with potential for significant recurring commissions.

Someone who's familiar with the real estate selling process, has the ability to establish relationships quickly, and can communicate effectively.
We believe the ideal person would live in the western U.S. in one of our larger markets such as Arizona, California, Texas, or Nevada.
We also believe the ideal person would be someone who's willing to engage people over the phone or face-to-face.
