When a client decides to implement Workday, the Workday team recommends a list of approved Implementation Partners. We provide a much-needed niche service that complements the Implementation Partner role. Your goal will be to establish ongoing collaborations with Implementation Partners so that they contact you every time they land a new client. Ideally, each Implementation Partner you land could result in a regular flow of deals that come to you automatically.
You’ll earn a 6.5% 2-year residual commission on all deals you close, which amounts to over $10,000 in commissions per average project! Closing just one project per month could result in year-one earnings of $121,000 or more! With the right partners, many of these deals could come to you with minimal prospecting.
If you prefer to simply refer your existing contacts to us, we’ll close the deal for you and pay a 1.5% referral commission!
What kind of agent is suited to this opportunity?
We’re looking for agents who are prepared to reach out to Workday Implementation Partners to start conversations, book meetings, and establish ongoing partnerships. Experience with Workday or other ERP platforms will set you up for success in this role.
