The company’s core product is a simple and highly effective tool, used by several high street retailers (including Clarks Shoes and River Island) in the UK and they are now seeking to form professional working partnerships with independent sales agents that are able to help with proliferating the software into other retailers around the globe. Their product is very affordable, easy to implement and provides a quick ROI for the client.

The product is browser-based, so it is hosted, offered as a service and accessible from anywhere. It can be used as a stand-alone scheduler, but for best results it needs to take a feed from the retailer’s till (POS) system, as well as any customer traffic counting device that the retailer may employ. The reason a customer traffic feed is so valuable is that scheduling staff to match anticipated customer traffic patterns seems obvious, but many retailers are failing to do this effectively, if at all.
