The company’s core product is a simple and highly effective tool, used by several high street retailers (including Clarks Shoes and River Island) in the UK and they are now seeking to form professional working partnerships with independent sales agents that are able to help with proliferating the software into other retailers around the globe. The product is browser-based, so it is hosted, offered as a service and accessible from anywhere. It can be used as a stand-alone scheduler, but for best results it needs to take a feed from the retailer’s till (POS) system, as well as any customer traffic counting device that the retailer may employ. The reason a customer traffic feed is so valuable is that scheduling staff to match anticipated customer traffic patterns seems obvious, but many retailers are failing to do this effectively, if at all.

We have a very high client retention rate and contracts frequently span several years. Our clients pay on a monthly basis and a commission is paid to the sales rep at 50% of the monthly value of the contract for the first 6 months, then 25% every month afterwards, for the entire duration of the contract.
