Qn. Where did the inspiration for Employee Hire come from?

It all began when we realized how difficult it was becoming for both job-seekers and businesses during the pandemic. Many faced unemployment and businesses had to shut down or operate on lower volume.

Brexit was also another factor affecting UK companies and it became clear to us that we could help both sides by connecting them more efficiently. It became our mission to find job opportunities for job seekers during the difficult times, and introduce suitable applicants to businesses who struggled to find manpower.

Qn. Tell us a little about your company’s expertise in the recruitment industry

Our team includes recruitment specialists, marketing specialists and customer support specialists with many years of experience behind us. We all come from different backgrounds and expertise, but we all share the same goal, which is to help the job seekers and businesses in the UK.

Communication, creative approach, transparent activity and empathy make us an unbeatable team. We are proud to also be a young and dynamic team which brings freshness, new perspective and technology into the recruitment business.

Qn. Can you tell us which industries you are able to place employees in?

Agriculture, Horticulture, Manufacturing, Food and Beverage Production, Warehouses, Picking and Packing, Hospitality, Renewable energy sector (solar farms).

Qn. What’s your greatest client success story to date?

It’s difficult to pin point a single story since we aim for success every time and our goal is to provide first class service to both clients and workers. Due to that, we consider the small wins as great success stories too.

If we were to name one we’re particularly proud of, it would probably be finding find several outstanding candidates with outstanding experiences in record quick time for a solar panel farm. This company had been trying to find candidates themselves for months prior. The workers are still there and some of them have even been promoted.

Qn. What made you consider wanting to work with independent sales agents?

A team of independent sales representatives would be a good fit for our company due to their reach, both in geography and with the influence of their existing networks.

Qn. What do you foresee a successful sales agent being able to earn over the space of a year in commissions?

It really depends on how many workers are placed, and how long they work for as a result of that new deal. We offer 2 types of commissions from which one is recurring as long as the worker is employed by the client.

Commissions can be in the many of thousands of pounds and the great thing is once a new employer is brought on-board by you, you can make unlimited commissions without extra work on your part.

Qn. What are your best-selling services and why?

Temporary labour providing is our best-selling service because the factories and food producers usually need more than 1 worker at once, often on short notice. However, permanent labour providing is also selling itself, especially during COVID-19 and after Brexit. Many employers struggle to find reliable employees nowadays.

Qn. Have you received any recognition or awards?

We are members of the Association of Labour Providers and Responsible Recruitment too. The biggest recognitions are always the testimonials we receive from our clients and candidates.

Qn. Please describe the typical sales cycle and process to sales agents.

Sales agents can use our leads to prospect, but we encourage prospecting (ideally within their network of contacts). Agents shall promote and suggest our company and services, until they find a potential client who is interested. From there we negotiate with the client, in which the agents can participate if required. If the deal is closed, we pay the agents upon receiving payment from the client. We provide training material and full support for our sales agent partners.
