Interview With Fressiel For Sales Professionals Wanting To Learn More About Their Independent Sales Opportunity
Qn. Where did the inspiration for Fressiel come from?
Federico: The original idea was to give integral solutions to a range of companies requiring software and gaming development. One of my most valuable skills at the time was the ability to put myself in the shoes of the customer and understand their needs fully. We started juggling the concept of “natural solutions” and with this and some mixture of some nature names we came up with Fressiel (which also starts with an F like my first and last names).
** Qn. Tell us a little about your expertise in the application/game development arena**
Federico: The team is formed by people with more than 15 years of experience, over the last 10 years we’ve been a steady outsource reference for a lot of companies in the US and Canada. During the last 5 years the majority of our work has turned mostly to Mobile and some Virtual Reality (VR).
Qn. Can you tell us about some of the work you have carried out to date?
Federico: We’ve been the whole Bandwidth development team we did Nexpart (eBay Motors) mobile site, George Harrison’s - The Guitar Collection iOS App (myself I am credited as Lead Developer), 3Dar Virtual Penalty Kick (Oculus Rift + Unity3D virtual game) among others.
Qn. What’s your greatest client success story?
Federico: I would say the latest success would be 3Dar’s soccer game since it used the newest technologies, looked great and it was a tight budget both in time and money to develop.
** Qn. What made you consider wanting to work with independent sales agents?**
Qn. Why would sales agents have an edge selling your products?
Federico: Sales reps have an advantage as we operate from a country that with best quality to price ratio, it’s something a lot of companies are requiring at this time. We have the same quality as any European or North American country with lower costs therefore we’re the natural choice for business.
** Qn. What makes your service unique, innovative and sets you apart from the competition?**
Federico: Our USP are the involvement we offer, we don’t provide what we like to do, we offer what it is best for the project and we are experts in our field of work so we raise a flag whenever we see anything wrong. In us the clients will have a partner of some sort helping them in their projects?
** Qn. What are you plans for the future of Fressiel?**
Federico: Three months ago our goal was to grow to be twice the people by the end of 2017 and start building a product along with a partner (and keeping our services too). Currently we want to provide services to successful companies and check again our goals on Q2 2017.
** Qn. What are your best selling services and why?**
Federico: Our best selling is mobile apps to be specific multi-platform ones for specific businesses. Even if they can have a webpage with most of the content the speed and the presence in the Apple and Google Play stores are highly valued.
** Qn. Have you received any recognition or awards for your products?**>
Federico: No however, our clients are frequently mentioned in the media for products we’ve developed but we are always back stage. Our glory comes from reading about our clients successes.
** Qn. Describe the typical sales cycle and process to sales agents**
Federico: There are two types of project, the one were we do man power and the one where we commit to a specific development. The first one is pretty straightforward and it usually happens when our customers don’t know exactly what they want to do and each cycle is short (2 or 3 weeks) so we provide man power with fixed hourly rates. The hours are reported periodically and the content is saved in the clients servers.
The second one consist on a document presented by the client to our team and we iterate on that asking questions. Once the document is approved by both parts we do a budget and present it. The payment is provided usually 50% upfront and 50% two weeks after the delivery date (which is usually our support period for improvement).
Qn. How do you currently bring in new business or win contracts?
Federico: Most of the times clients come to us by simple networking, mouth to mouth basically. Trust and results from other projects are our biggest references.
