Where did the inspiration for East2West System software come from?
The IT outsourcing business is increasing year on year as it helps to solve many problems for service buyers with a requirement for fully integrated IT solutions at highly reduced cost. Ultimately our services enable the client to reduce large operating costs and access specialists with the required skill sets and depth of experience.
There is a 70% year on year growth in the IT Outsourcing industry with the Market set to be worth $240 billion by 2020 and $380 billion by 2024.
Tell us a little about your expertise in the embedded systems arena
e2w provides services and solutions in the embedded system specific to connectivity and multimedia domain. We are committed to our clients by providing effective solutions to their critical issues that lead them to reach the their target markets faster than their competitors.
We’ve developed embedded software solutions right from the lower level stack to higher level complex applications. We have the capabilities to design, develop, test and deploy fully embedded software for cutomized hardware and control that hardware from remote locations by using latest technologies.
Can you tell us about some of the work you have carried out to date?
We have developed software for Set top box, Digital TV, Wi-fi, Bluetooth stack, IOT and Full stack development for controlling embedded hardware from the web.
For one of our US based customers we developed the system software for accessing WLAN ac mode clients activities and monitor them on the customer’s customized hardware.
For one of our European customers we developed digital signage software that is helping them to generate significantly increased revenue.
For one of our UK customers we developed education based software enabling them to record and upload live sessions to their cloud servers.
What made you consider wanting to work with independent sales agents?
We greatly value independent sales reps as we understand that they can provide a fast route to market by introducing us to their existing networks. We’re looking to form long term mutually beneficial partnerships with the right agents. We offer generous commissions of up to 15% and recurring residuals on repeat business.

What are your best selling products/services?
Our best selling services are the development of projects for connectivity and multimedia using C/C++, Liunx, RTOS, Full stack technologies.
Please describe the typical sales cycle and process to sales agents.
Typically the sales cycle is between 2-4 months. Once the prospect is identified and qualified, East2West pre-sales team takes over to understand the client’s requirements, discussing technical solutions, preparing the SOW and submitting the proposal. Once proposal submission is done, follow up is required from the sales agent to close the business.
